We invested in advance quality checking equipment to facilitate the ever increasing precise quality requirement. Some of the measuring equipment:

1) Densitometer - This instrument is able to read the density of required colour. The densitometer aid the printer to match the sample, customer requirement or pantone code colour precisely.

2) Profile projector - To enhance the measuring profile, angle and positioning. The profile projector is attached to a data processor cum printer.

3) SPC Software - Real time statistical process control to monitor critical specification during operation process.

4) Digital Micrometer - Helps to measure the correct thickness of raw material - paper grammage, liner and adhesive thickness.

5) Digital Vernier Caliper - Accurate measuring equipment for length and width during process inspection.
